Payment for hotel services is made according to the standard check-out time — 12:00 p.m. of the current day.
If the stay is less than one day, payment is charged for the full day, regardless of the check-in time.
Upon check-in between 00:00 and 12:00 (early check-in), an additional fee of 60% of the daily room rate applies.
Upon check-out between 12:00 and 24:00 (late check-out), an additional fee of 40% of the daily room rate applies.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in a buffet format from 07:00 to 10:00.
When accommodating pets, an additional fee of UAH 500 per stay applies.
The tourist tax is charged additionally:
Non-residents — 1% of the minimum wage in Ukraine (VAT excluded);
Residents — 0.3% of the minimum wage in Ukraine (VAT excluded).
